How it works
At Event Extraordinaires, we give couples the confidence and tools to plan their own wedding without the overwhelm of going it alone. Every package begins with our beautifully designed Essentials kit, a comprehensive guide filled with timelines, checklists, and templates.
For couples wanting more support, choose between a one-hour coaching call, or six hours of personalised support, each package designed to provide the right level of one-on-one guidance.

After years of running unforgettable events, I realised so many couples wanted to plan their own wedding but didn’t know where to start. They needed more than a generic checklist, they needed expert support, guidance, and a sounding board for all those tricky decisions. I founded Event Extraordinaires to make wedding planning accessible for all, and to take the stress out of one of the happiest times in a couples' lives.
With over 20 years of extensive experience in events and wedding planning, my career has been a journey of passion, creativity, and dedication to crafting events that are not only memorable but truly spectacular. I have worked across multiple venues and looked after weddings of different styles from elopements to traditional wedding and location weddings.

A traditional wedding planner takes over the process, managing suppliers, timelines, and logistics on your behalf. A wedding coach, on the other hand, empowers you to plan your own wedding and save on costs. With Event Extraordinaires, you stay in control of your vision and decisions, while we provide the structure, expert guidance, and support to make it all feel effortless.
Will I still have creative control over my wedding?
Yes! That’s the beauty of Event Extraordinaires. You’ll stay in complete control of your wedding vision — we simply give you the guidance, structure, and insider tips to make it easier.
What happens during a coaching call?
Think of these calls as your personal wedding planning sessions. You’ll get expert advice, answers to your questions, and guidance tailored to your wedding — whether that’s choosing vendors, mapping a budget, or creating your run sheet.
How do I know which package is right for me?
If you’re confident planning solo, start with The Essentials. If you’d like reassurance or ongoing support, The Guided Hour or The Planning Partner packages are designed to give you different levels of coaching depending on how hands-on you’d like our support to be. If you're still unsure, contact us for more information or advice.
Can I upgrade my package if I need more support?
Absolutely. If you start with a smaller package and decide you’d like more support, you can contact us about upgrading your package.
Do you work with clients outside of Australia?
Yes we do! Our PDF resources and coaching calls are delivered online, which means we can work with couples anywhere in the world.
